昨天我們舉辦了首次純線上的 AppWorks Demo Day #22 ,大家看了嗎?看完的話那我們要進入這個月主題囉!

分享一些關於 Crypto 募資的想法給大家,在分享更多 Crypto 募資的事情之前,想先交代一下,為何推薦創業者們都關注一下 Crypto 的發展。觀察之下,雖然 2017 年開始,區塊鏈圈的生力軍就增加許多,但多數網路業的創業者,直到 2020 年後半,因為幣價的成長才開始有所關注。

過去幾年的熊牛市交替之下,雖然幣價波動經常使眾人的信心隨之變動,但如果攤開交易量來看,卻是逐年成長的,也就是說,長期來看,整體的用戶量以及使用量都是上漲的。每一次的牛市,帶進了更多的用戶,Etherum 從 2017 年到,市值從不到 10 億美金,成長到今天的 2,370 億美金,承載的 Defi、NFT 總價值遠超過了 500 億美金,也讓更多人接觸到這個市場,甚至是變成其中的一份子,理解到區塊鏈以及 Crypto 究竟是什麼。

Crypto 其實不是用來炒作的,多數的幣後面是有真正的功能,無論是用來交易,或者代表控制權。過往提供服務的新創事業,多數股權是握在創業者和投資人身上的,直到最後上市前才有可能有服務裡的用戶或使用者擁有極少一部分,相對來說,Crypto 能透過社群銷售發售給對團隊、產品有信心的散戶,或者是對於服務有興趣的用戶,或許對於當作投資的持幣者來說,風險很高,就像許多創業成功率極低一樣,幣價歸零的可能性很高,但在適當的產品發幣,這樣的做法倒是有一個好處,就是能讓產品跟用戶綁得更緊密。

試想如果你打造了一個社群平台,有了點用戶量體,你想要讓更多人來上面打造服務給用戶使用,比如說投放廣告。這時透過發幣,吸引有興趣為這群用戶打造服務的第三方,讓這些第三方持有一定量體的幣來取得在平台上建立服務資格,這時他們有了更多動力提供更好的服務,因為若能將這群用戶服務的更好,或許吸引更多人來想持有幣,打造更多服務,又或者吸引到更多用戶使用,藉此讓整個平台的價值提升,幣價也有機會隨之上漲。同時,對於依賴平台建立服務的團隊,持有一定的幣,也能對於平台更有制衡力,對於改版與更新也更有話語權,若平台不順著多數民意改版,則幣則可能被拋售,多數時候,發幣方是最有動力讓幣價穩定上漲的人。這些反應相對於股權多不是用戶所持有來說,兩方更有的互相牽制,同時也是能讓雙方利益一致的工具。

最後也順帶一提,整體 Crypto 市場目前不到 1.5 兆美金,世界第 13 名的交易所總市值都擁有將近 2 兆的價值,若未來有更多服務透過發幣來籌取資金,同時與用戶連結,未來的發展能大有可期。
